Top-tier bakery consultant trained in food preparation and has a solid history of advising chefs, Vinod is a bakery professional with 18 years of extensive experience in India and abroad. A master chef trained in Germany with a passion for producing delicious and visually appealing pastries and confections, Vinod is a pastry artist who has used his imagination to serve several international hospitality brands such as Starwood, Marriot International, Address, Rosewood, One & Only, Aspire Zone and Radisson. He has also worked for local brands in his hometown that include Kadavu Resorts by Raviz group, Travancore by Spee hospitality, BunClub Bakes & Café by VA group, Brown Town Bakery & Café by Paragon group and Lady Loafella -The royal bread boutique.
Vinod's consultancy work has further solidified his reputation as a top-tier professional in the bakery industry. Notable projects include his contributions to Brioche Doree in Bangalore, Firangi Sutra in Mysore, House of Habibi in Srinagar, Kashmir, and Nells Cafe in Kerala.
He has obtained strong management skills through his journey that includes menu preparation, food inventory planning, and procurement, on both national and international levels. He has gained thorough familiarity with a wide assortment of international bakery & confectionery products. His capabilities involve providing exceptional knowledge in launching of bakery and confectionery business, brand building, project planning and execution, maintaining and improving standards, and working towards enhancing profits.
